When you contact or book with us, we may receive your name, contact details, messages, appointment or enrollment details. Payment card information is handled by the payment provider, not stored by this website. Vagaro handles information you enter during booking under its own policies.

Our site records page visits and interactions, referral and campaign sources, device information, and pseudonymous visitor and session IDs. Our first-party analytics uses your IP address transiently to create a security hash; it does not store the raw IP in the site analytics table.

We use information to provide services, answer requests, understand site performance, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may include hosting and security services, Vagaro, payment and communication providers, and our first-party analytics infrastructure.

Google Analytics and PostHog load only if you choose optional analytics. On ordinary U.S. salon pages, Meta Pixel may collect page visits and phone-click events for salon ad measurement unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Outside the U.S., it loads only after you choose salon advertising. This may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We do not sell information for money or intentionally send Meta form contents, medical answers, or appointment IDs. The salon Pixel does not run on education, booking-confirmation, or medical-treatment pages. Meta’s privacy policy describes Meta’s practices.

Use Privacy choices · Opt out to stop salon advertising measurement, keep only basic site events, or allow optional analytics. In the U.S., salon advertising measurement is on for eligible pages until you opt out; elsewhere it is off until you choose it. Your choice can be changed later. Opting out reloads the page and clears first-party Meta cookies. Global Privacy Control blocks the Pixel. Basic first-party site events continue under all choices.

We retain information as needed for services, business records, security, disputes, and legal duties. Periods vary by system. We use reasonable safeguards, though no internet system is completely secure. This site is not directed to children under 13.
